Gullah/Geechee CREATE Artists Collective Reception and Exhibition

Jayn we at de Dr. York W. Bailey Museum at Penn Center fa disya pre-Gullah/Geechee de Famlee Day event on historic St. Helena Island, SC!

Come out and celebrate the artistry that evolved due to the Gullah/Geechee CREATE Marine Debris Removal project. Gullah/Geechee and African American artists transformed debris into environmental art which will be unveiled to the public at this event. Everyone in attendance will get to meet the artists while enjoying the Gullah/Geechee CREATE reception. The featured artist of the evening will be Bruce Ingram who is premiering his artwork in a new folk art exhibition at the museum.
