This exclusive wine dinner features six wines paired across four thoughtfully curated courses, showcasing the remarkable diversity of Chile's most celebrated wine regions — from the cool coastal valleys to the sun-drenched slopes of the Andes. Each pour is selected to complement Rafele's seasonal menu in surprising and delicious ways. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting led by featured speaker César Baez — a Chile native, enologist, and the founder and winemaker behind Trotamundos, whose artisanal, low-intervention wines from select single vineyards have earned world-class recognition.
