Each pour is selected to complement Rafele's seasonal menu in surprising and delicious ways. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting led by featured speaker César Baez — a Chile native, enologist, and the founder and winemaker behind Trotamundos, whose artisanal, low-intervention wines from select single vineyards have earned world-class recognition.
