Join us and our bakers team for another hands-on sourdough baking class designed for beginners and curious home bakers. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of sourdough baking in a relaxed, supportive environment—no prior experience required. What you'll learn: How to feed and maintain a sourdough starterMixing, folding, and shaping doughBulk fermentation &amp; proofing basicsSimple baking techniquesTroubleshooting common sourdough problems Included/You'll take home: A welcome drink!Your own sourdoughA printed recipe/guide Please note: Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy, and bring something to tie back long hair. No need to bring anything—aprons and all materials will be provided.
