I am not flexible. Will I be able to do this class?

Yes! As long as your Dr has cleared you for mild physical movement, you can do yoga. You start where you are. Lisa gives many alternate modifications for all students.

A towel is better than a yoga mat, but either will be fine. Many students bring water, sunblock, and any clothing that will make them feel comfy.

we meet at the Field 5 parking lot next to the Pedicabs toward the left side of the parking lot. We meet about 10 -5 min before class.
