50-Hour Hands-On Online Training Programme | June 15–26, 2026

Build real SAP capabilities with practical, system-based experience.

This intensive 50-hour training programme is designed to move beyond theory and develop applied competency in SAP® S/4HANA using the official Fiori platform. Participants will work directly within SAP environments, executing real business processes and engaging with integrated enterprise workflows that reflect how organisations operate today.

Delivered by Heriot-Watt University Dubai in collaboration with the SAP® University Alliance, the programme uses guided instruction, live sessions, and the Global Bike Inc. simulation to provide an end-to-end view of organisational operations across finance, supply chain, operations, and analytics. Participants gain hands-on exposure to SAP system logic while navigating functional interdependencies, building confidence for professional SAP and ERP roles.

Upon completion, participants receive a globally recognised Certificate of Completion co-branded by SAP® and Heriot-Watt University.

Zakiya is a seasoned educator and trainer with over 25 years of expertise in finance, economics, and business administration. She specialises in Corporate and Strategic Finance, International Finance, Personal Finance, Economics, and Financial Technology (FinTech). She is widely recognised for delivering technology-driven training, leading impactful programmes and courses, and mentoring professionals, entrepreneurs, and students.

A certified SAP® Trainer, ERPSIM Licensed Trainer, and licensed career coach, Zakiya has a proven track record of fostering inclusive learning environments, advancing institutional excellence, and aligning academic initiatives with industry practices and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Her academic and professional focus includes international finance, FinTech, sustainable investments, and higher education pedagogies. Her research explores exchange rate exposure, digital payments, and the impact of cybersecurity on global markets. More recently, she has examined sustainable FinTech investments in the UAE and the application of AI in financial risk management.

Zakiya is also deeply committed to enhancing teaching and learning in higher education, as reflected in her work and presentations on integrating AI into financial risk management education. Her work aims to contribute to the development of resilient financial systems while fostering innovation in academic practices.
