The  Vom Fass Cooking Class

Vom Fass offers exclusive cask-aged vinegars,exquisite oils, select wines, spirits and liqueurs direct from the cask. We offer a variety of both public and private classes including the following: Cooking, Wine Cheese and Chocolates, Wine 101, Cocktail 101, Whiskey and Waffles and Oil and Vinegar 101. We also provide lunches, and catering for personal gatherings, weddings, and business events.

VOM FASS CRESTVIEW HILLS

VOM FASS Crestview Hills (next to First Watch)

In this class participants will be responsible for all aspects of the dinner from start to finish. This meal will be delicious, but easy and something that can be quickly replicated in under 30 minutes at home. Participants will receive recipes that they can take home with them. The menu for this class is Cacciatore Style Chicken Milanese with Fettucinni, Mushrooms, and Fresh Basil; Mixed Greens Salad and Cherry Dump Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream. Participates will also receive 2 free glasses of wine each and unlimited tastes of exotic liqueurs and spirits from around the world! Cost is $45 per person.
