Paranormal Investigation of the Hancock-Clarke House
Join Ghost Hunters star Shari DeBenedetti to explore one Lexington's most storied home, and discover what residents may still linger behind
Step into history after hours for a unique and immersive paranormal investigation experience at the Hancock-Clarke House, one of Lexington’s most historic landmarks.
Join Shari DeBenedetti, known for her work on Ghost Hunters (Syfy/Travel Channel), for an intimate evening exploring the methods, technology, and investigative techniques used in modern paranormal research.
Old houses often “go bump in the night.” When natural explanations have been ruled out, how do investigators approach the unexplained? Shari will guide guests through the respectful and ethical practices of paranormal investigation, demonstrate specialized equipment used to attempt communication, and lead small groups through the historic museum for a hands-on investigative experience.
The Hancock-Clarke House was Paul Revere's destination on April 18th, 1775. Generations of John Hancock's extended family called this place home. Today, it is filled with treasured family artifacts, including shoes placed inside a wall during the Revolution's terror to ward off bad luck. In a setting so deeply rooted in history, one can’t help but wonder what stories may still linger within those walls.
Space is limited to ensure a personal and engaging experience. This event is strictly for ages 18 and over. Please be respectful of the museum, and other guests' beliefs, while participating. Nothing in this program is faked, and paranormal activity is not guaranteed.
2026 investigation dates: Buckman Tavern Saturday, April 4th, Hancock Clarke House Saturday June 6th, Munroe Tavern Saturday October 3rd.
