Pirate Adventures With Captain Sage! Sing, Dance, and Explore! (Ages 2-6)

BloomBars'works to inspire compassionate, creative and purposeful communities through the arts. Our goal is to foster personal and collective growth and cultivate a legion of artists to be the catalyst for community transformation across the globe. We offer a safe space for creative expression, community building, wellness, entertainment and anything that nurtures meaningful human connections and motivates people to service. We redefine the perception of a bar by providing opportunities for diverse, multi-lingual, multi-generational communities to gather in a culturally rich and alcohol-free environment. We are 100% donation driven, volunteer run and love fueled.

BLOOMBARS welcomes Captain Sage O'Silver—pirate fiddler, tap dancer, and musical historian—for a 7-week musical adventure !

Each weekly class offers a new opportunity for budding buccaneers (Ages 2-6) and their families &amp; caregivers to sing, stomp, and explore together. Suggested donation, $15 (On EventBrite) per child (adults free). Sliding scale, no one is turned away. Single tix and discount packages available on EventBrite. $20 at the door. Sage Snider ("Sage O'Silver") is a songwriter, fiddler, flatfooter, and playwright. For years, she pirated out of Nashville, TN, and now performs at libraries and festivals in the DMV area—often with her duo, “The Whyrates, science pirates.” Her work has been featured by the Smithsonian, Yale U. Art Gallery, RI State Arts Council, Brown U. Folk Festival, MD Ren. Festival, Tall Ships Festivals, and her pirate democracy show was selected for District Fringe 2026.
