Swing & Sculpt is a two-part golf-focused training series at IronBody Studios designed to help you move better, swing stronger, and stay injury-free on the course. This experience combines strength training, mobility work, and rotational power development to directly improve your golf performance.
Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just getting into the game, this series targets the key movement patterns that matter most—helping you improve swing mechanics, increase power, and build stability through every round.
Part 1 (IronBody Studios on June 18)
Focuses on building your foundation through strength, mobility, and rotational training to develop power, control, and resilience in your swing.
What to expect:
• Golf-specific strength and conditioning
• Mobility work to improve range of motion and prevent injury
• Rotational training for power and control
Part 2 (Driving Range Experience on July 16)
Takes everything you’ve learned and applies it in a real-world setting. This guided driving range session includes hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and support to help you translate training directly into your swing.
What to expect:
• Guided driving range application with real-time coaching
• Hands-on support translating training into your swing
