Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of the burner.About this Dish: Rich cheese, bronze-extruded pasta, and freshly-ground pepper — the ultimate comfort food, Pasta Cacio e Pepe is a simple Roman dish that depends on the quality of just a few ingredients.In this Class You Will:<ul><li>Learn about the traditions and culture of Roman pasta dishes</li></ul><ul><li>Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pasta Cacio e Pepe</li></ul><ul><li>Make your own pasta and cacio e pepe sauce from scratch by hand</li></ul><ul><li>Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and Pasta Cacio e Pepe prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing</li></ul>Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.</li></ul><ul><li>Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.</li></ul><ul><li>Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class.Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend.If you're purchasing this class or event as a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware of this policy, as it still applies.Credits issued for La Scuola events can only be used toward future La Scuola events and cannot be applied toward other Eataly events, store purchases, or Eataly gift cards.
