Join us and Ambition Fitness instructor, Kaitlyn Jiva, on May 16th at 10:30am for a fun, all-levels HIIT style mat workout at West Sixth in Lexington!A few things to note:<ul><li>Your $20 class ticket includes a beer ticket for after your workout! Reward yourself! You earned it!</li><li>Bring your own mat! The Barrel room floors are tile, so you’re reallllyyyy gonna want that.</li><li>Bring water! Dehydration and over-heating is NOT the vibe. Stay hydrated throughout! We have water re-fill stations available in the brewery – and plastic cups if you forget your vessel!</li></ul> Spots are limited, so reserve yours now! We can’t wait to move, sweat, and have an after-workout beer with you on May 16th!
