Time in nature lifts your mood, calms your nervous system, and inspires awe. Friends of Greenwich Point is hosting two Mindfulness classes at Greenwich Point this Spring. The first class is on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 and the second class is on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Both classes are from 9:30 to 10:30 am. The classes will be held in the Seaside Garden unless it rains. If it rains, we will meet instead at Innis Arden Cottage, in which case we will post a sign at the Cottage.Note:Greenwich Point parking and entry fees apply. Resident Park Passes are required starting May 1 at the Point.
