Winemaker's Dinner feat. Daou Vineyards

Join us in welcoming Daou Vineyards to Cambria Pines Lodge for an intimate five-course wine dinner in our outdoor Pavilion Garden.

Enjoy a delicious five-course meal paired with hand-selected Daou wines, guided by a winery expert who will share tasting notes and stories behind each pour.

The five-course menu begins with a refreshing Daou Rosé paired with a vibrant beet salad, followed by Margherita pizza with Daou Sauvignon Blanc. The main courses feature a succulent rack of lamb with garlic and herb sauce alongside Daou Cabernet Sauvignon, and a perfectly prepared ribeye with coffee peppercorn sauce paired with Daou Pessimist. The evening concludes with homemade apple pie à la mode, complemented by Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
