Attorney Emily Logan Stedman is a Wisconsin attorney who joined Midwest Big Law as an associate at Quarles & Brady in 2016. Since 2020, she has worked at Husch Blackwell as a partner and commericial litigator in its technology, manufacturing and transportation strategic business unit.

Emily began talking openly about the need to improve well-being in the law after joining Big Law and experiencing increased anxiety and low moods. She continued this message as president of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and as committee chair for the Wisconsin Taskforce on Lawyer Well-Being. She also hosts a podcast, The grace Period, where she posts regularly on the realities of being a Big Law attorney and the need to destigmatize lawyer well-being.

Emily's session will focus on time management as a technique to build autonomy, reduce stress, and create space for what matters. She will provide actionable tips on how to manage your time effectively and build habits.
