This is an intimate, restorative experience designed to support deep rest and relaxation. Limiting capacity allows us to create a calm, supportive environment for everyone attending.

What to Bring

To make your experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible, we recommend bringing:
TWO pillows for extra support during poses, a blanket for warmth, a sheet for your mat, water, and cozy layers to help you fully relax. Mats will be provided by Singing Bowls of the Rockies.

This experience is best suited for those who feel comfortable remaining still and present for about an hour.

Because this is a deeply meditative and restorative space, we invite attendees—especially younger participants—to come with the ability to support a calm, quiet environment.
