North Coast Regional Botanic Garden - Coffs Harbour

To celebrate Botanic Gardens Week 2026, we are offering free guided walks in the beautiful North Coast Regional Botanic Garden.This free 1-hour walk invites participants to slow down and experience the natural world with attention and awareness. These types of intentional nature-immersion experiences have been shown to improve health and wellbeing; decreasing anxiety, restoring attention, enhancing creativity, and even improving recovery outcomes for people living with chronic illness.We will walk along accessible, paved paths. If you require mobility or accessibility support, please let us know in advance.WEATHER: The tour will go ahead if there are passing showers. We will use paved walking paths and raised boardwalks, which are safe even in very wet conditions. Please bring an umbrella, rain jacket and enclosed footwear with good grip. If there is steady rain or high winds, the tour will be canceled. Participants will be advised of cancelation by email by 9am on the day of the tour. If you don't receve an email, the tour will be going ahead.
