Led by certified yoga instructor Jemel Ntumba, each session blends movement, breathwork, and cultural connection in a welcoming space that celebrates African American heritage and wellness. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, SMILE Saturdays offers a chance to release stress, recharge, and build community. Come as you are—this is for us, by us.
