Join Johanna of Luna Serenity for a monthly restorative yoga class designed to support deep rest, gentle release, and nervous system nourishment. This slow, supportive practice uses props, longer-held postures, breath awareness, and stillness to help the body soften and the mind settle.
This class is for anyone feeling stressed, depleted, overstimulated, emotionally tender, or simply in need of intentional rest.
No yoga experience is needed. All bodies are welcome.
What to Expect
You’ll be guided through gentle grounding, supported restorative postures, quiet breath awareness, and deep rest in a soft, nurturing space.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Mats and props will be provided however you are more than welcome to bring any props you would like to use (e.g. eye mask, bolster, etc)

Johanna Olivas is the founder of Luna Serenity, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified meditation teacher, Reiki Master, and sound healing practitioner. Her teaching style is nurturing, grounding, and trauma-informed, creating spaces where people can slow down, feel supported, and come home to themselves.
