Gentle perinatal yoga for expecting and new moms to move, breathe, build strength, ease tension, and feel supported.
Join Johanna for a gentle, supportive yoga class designed for pregnant and postpartum moms who are looking to move, breathe, and feel more connected to their bodies at Pink Moon.
This class is perinatal-friendly, meaning it is created with the needs of pregnancy and early motherhood in mind. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, stretching, and grounding practices, you’ll be supported in building strength, easing tension, improving rest, and creating space to feel more calm and connected.
Prenatal yoga can support physical strength, pelvic floor awareness, lower back relief, better sleep, mental clarity, and breath preparation for labor. Postpartum participants are also welcome to move at their own pace, reconnect with their bodies, and receive support during this season of transition.
All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable. New moms are welcome to bring their baby if needed.
