Active Breathwork In-Person

We are in chaotic and wild times. We all know it, see it, and FEEL it!
And we need spaces to be with it all, spaces that hold us to express and externalize what is happening internally.
For this next round of breathwork we are giving space to the BIGNESS of it all. Whether you are grieving, angry, joyful, or blah... OR a mix of any and all, the breath will hold you. This space will hold you.
We will center the breath and body awareness through this practice. We will dive deep into the power of breathwork to help you release stress, increase clarity, and connect with your inner self.
Active Breathwork:
The breath is a healing modality and breathwork a form of active meditation. It releases physical stress and tension, emotional blocks, and when used consciously and connected, can tap us into the unconscious realms. It brings us into the present moment, in connection with our intuition and with Spirit. In the present moment, true presence, is when we feel most at ease and able to access gratitude, peace, and joy.

What to Expect from the breath:
- We will use the breath to guide us inward
- Inhaling to fill & receive
- Exhaling to release and practice letting go
- The breath can inform where there is tension, stress, and dis-ease within the body

This offering is based on a sliding scale of $30-$50

About Practitioner:
Christy is a licensed professional counselor, yoga therapist, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator. Her work is trauma informed, body centered, and heart led. Christy values spaces that are inclusive and welcoming to all.
Through yoga, breathwork, walk & talk therapy, and somatic movement, I help clients cultivate self-trust, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves. Together, we create space for healing—not as a journey of fixing, but of remembering and reclaiming your wholeness.
