Not at all. This is for all levels. The run is short and easy, and the strength work is beginner-friendly.

Simple, runner-focused movements. Nothing complicated. We’ll coach you through everything.

Running shoes, something comfortable to move in, water, and a change of clothes/towel if you plan on cold plunging! That’s it.
