The Tri-Rivers Fair and IOF Entertainment, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in these activities. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to release and hold harmless the Tri-Rivers Fair as well as the IOF Entertainment from any and all claims.
