Overview

Led by Venerable Xianshu, participants are invited to gently reflect on the origins and flow of life as part of our Summer SOLSTICE event.

On the longest day of the year, when daylight reaches its fullest expression, we also invite ourselves to gently pause and turn inward.

This meditation session will be guided by Venerable Xianshu and will take place in the quiet and natural setting of a cemetery. Through simple practices of mindful breathing and resting in the present moment, participants are invited to reconnect with body and mind, and gently reflect on the origins and flow of life.

In this space—where time, nature, and memory intersect—we need not dwell in the past, but instead experience clarity, steadiness, and connection in the present moment.

No prior meditation experience is required. All are welcome.
