Join us for a two part Brunch. Featuring a writing workshop "Joy in the Mourning" A Ritual Writing Brunch on Grief, Joy, and Survival with special guest Confidence Omenai from 10-11am. Followed by poetry 11-12 from our community elders celebrating the joys of womenhood. Be sure to arrive early and make your custom mocktail.

Constance is a dynamic dance artists, choreographer, and educator based in Colorado. Known for blending African diasporic and Black social dance styles into high-energy, community-centered experiences. As co-founder of Raw Groove and founder of Love Art City, she creates bold, concept -driven movement spaces that inspire connection, expression, and joy.
