Piper's Path Forward Culinary Event Fundraiser

Piper’s Path Forward is a culinary-driven fundraising event dedicated to supporting 19-month-old Piper Marcengill in her fight against CASK.

Piper’s Path Forward is a community-driven fundraising campaign dedicated to supporting 19-month-old Piper Marcengill in her fight against CASK Disorder (MICPCH), a rare neurological condition affecting her development. The initiative will feature a signature culinary event on Tuesday, May 19th, hosted at the Rooftop Bar at Poseidon, with two seatings from 5:00–6:30 PM and 7:00–8:30 PM. Guests will enjoy a dynamic, station-style dining experience with food from every SERG Restaurant, along with beer and wine offerings, live entertainment, and an in-person auction.

Beyond the main event, the campaign extends throughout the month of May with a “Round It Up” program across all SERG locations, allowing guests to contribute directly to Piper’s fund by rounding up their checks. All proceeds from ticket sales, auction items, and in-restaurant donations will go directly toward Piper’s ongoing care, therapies, and programs like AQUIRE at Virginia Tech, while also helping to further research into CASK Disorder.

At its heart, Piper’s Path Forward is about community—rallying together to support one of our own, celebrate Piper’s resilience, and help provide her with the resources and opportunities to continue making meaningful progress on her journey toward independence.
