Plenty of free parking nearby, including the Walmart underground garage (just a 3-minute walk via the well-lit Rail Trail), Keswick Park, and street parking on McGaw Dr. For convenience, valet parking is  behind Nathan’s Driving School ($15). Parking Map:  https://www.blockanddrum.com/parking.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes Connections event (6:30–8:00pm). Additionally, you can also stay for Deep Root Scene & Sound after 8pm (needle drops at 8).

Is this speed dating?

No. This is a curated singles dating event — good music, a great room, and a capped crowd so meeting people feels natural.

Do I need a second ticket for Deep Root Scene & Sound?

Not if you have a Connections ticket. You’ll receive a wristband at check-in that covers you for the rest of the night, including Deep Root Scene & Sound starting at 8pm.

The Lime is an independent event company hosting Connections. Block & Drum is the venue partner providing the space and bar service.

The Lime is an event planning company that brings people together in real life. In a world where screens replace face-to-face connection, we create spaces to laugh, mingle, and truly connect. Inspired by Trinidadian slang, lime means to chill and socialize, and we bring that spirit to every event.

The Lime is owned and founded by Cambrince. She started it because she’s seen how many events leave people standing around awkwardly, unsure how to start a conversation. She wanted to create events that guide genuine interactions, spark conversations, and help people build community in a relaxed way

What if one ticket bucket sells out?

When a bucket is sold out, we can’t guarantee entry under that bucket. Keep checking—sometimes tickets release if someone cancels or we adjust capacity.
