Do I have to be a Buddhist to attend?

No, many people involved with the center are regular meditators but do not consider themselves Buddhist.

Do I have to stay for the whole day? Can I attend specific events and leave?

You are welcome to come and go as you please! Whatever works with your schedule.

We are at the end of a court, with plenty of parking on the street. There is also a parking lot behind the building, and limited parking in directly in front of the center.
