<h2>Join Us for Wellness in the Park!</h2> Looking to unwind and connect? Wellness in the Park is the perfect community hangout where you can unwind in three ways:• Soundbath meditation 2:00-2:45p• Yoga led by Jenya from 3-3:45p• Individual Bodywork led by Practicioners including active stretch and massage available from 1-5p for the duration of your choiceMove your body, listen to your body and find support from any of the three modalities of your own liking. It's all about community, healing, and good vibes. Don’t miss out on this outdoor event that brings everyone together. Grab your favorite water bottle, mat, get comfy, and let's make recovery a little better together! Please note: Individual bodywork sessions are an additional fee. Purchase a ticket in advance for a discount.
