Yes. This is a hands-on investigation using real tools—limited storytelling. We will actively choose investigation spots that our historical based walking tour has already identified.

Do I need experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Beginners and experienced investigators are welcome. This tour is for enthusiasts, individuals who want to explore the unknown.

Question 3

Can I bring my own equipment?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely encouraged, however, our lead investigator/tour guide Adam, will bring seasoned investigation gear that we will go over and use during the tour.

Question 4

Is activity guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No legitimate investigation can guarantee paranormal activity—but we take you to locations with documented history, places with confirmed activity and places previously investigated by our team.

How long is the investigation?

Accepted Answer

Approximately 2 hours. We will gauge the group at the start of the tour as well to see if people might want to go a little longer for more investigation spots.

Is this indoors or outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Although we start indoors at Sinister Coffee and Creamery, this event is primarily outdoors so definitely come dressed for Portland evening weather.
