This class blends Yin and Restorative Yoga to create a slow, grounding, and deeply nourishing practice that supports both release and rest. Yin postures are held for longer periods to target deep connective tissues, improve joint mobility, and encourage mindful stillness, while Restorative poses use props to allow the body to relax with minimal effort. Together, these practices help to create space for physical, mental, and emotional renewal.
