What do I need to bring?

Bring your yoga mat and any yoga props (block, strap, pillow) that you want to use.

Question 2

Will there be yoga mats available if I forget to bring mine?

Accepted Answer

There will be a minimal amount of extra yoga mats available and there is no guarantee you will get one. So, put your mat in the car the day before so you don’t forget.

Question 3

I've never done yoga or I'm not good at it. Should I still come?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Yoga is an embodied experience that is unique to you. You don't have to be experienced or flexible to get the full benefits of a yoga class. The space will be safe and inviting for beginners to advanced yogis.
