A 60-minute guided tasting of six rare Le Beurre Bordier butters, hosted by Wedgewood owner Michelle Webb.
Hand-crafted in Brittany using traditional wooden churns and paddle-working techniques, Bordier butter is beloved by chefs around the world for its remarkable texture and imaginative flavors.
During this intimate tasting led by owner Michelle Webb, guests will experience six Bordier butters side by side — including signature and seasonal flavors rarely available outside of Saint-Malo, France. Michelle’s butter expertise has been featured in Forbes, Bon Appétit, and Eater, and she’ll guide guests through what makes these butters so extraordinary.
Each tasting includes thoughtful accompaniments and wine pairings designed to highlight the nuances of each butter.
Following the tasting, guests will receive reserved bar seating for dinner, where our menu will feature a special Le Beurre Bordier takeover menu available exclusively during Bordier Week (May 20-24).
