F45 5K for Ellie! Join us to run, walk, and rally behind one of our own in her fight against breast cancer.

Ellie has shown strength inside of the studio - now it's our turn to show up for her outside of it. Join our F45 Community as we come together to support one of our own, following her recent breast cancer diagnosis. This 5K run/walk is about more than miles—it’s about showing Ellie that she is surrounded by strength, love, and a community that has her back every step of the way.All fitness levels are welcome, whether you run, jog, or walk. Bring your friends, your family, and your positive energy as we rally around Ellie during this time.All proceeds from this event will go directly to Ellie’s GoFundMe.Let’s show up, move together, and remind her she’s not fighting alone. 💗
