About this Dinner: In this Chef-led experience, our expert will guide you through a multi-course culinary exploration of Rome’s most iconic dishes as you learn the history, cultures, and traditions of the famed city.
In this Class You Will:
- Learn about the traditions and culture of Rome
- Enjoy a 3-course dinner with pasta (primo), secondo, and dessert
- Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to prepare each featured dish on the menu
- Take home the menu and recipes from the class
Menu:
- Cacio e Pepe – Pasta bucatini with Pecorino Romano and black pepper
- Coda alla Vaccinara – Traditional Roman Oxtail Stew
- Crostata di Ricotta e Visciole – Roman Cherry Tart
