About this Dinner: In this Chef-led experience, our expert will guide you through a multi-course culinary exploration of Rome’s most iconic dishes as you learn the history, cultures, and traditions of the famed city.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Rome

• Enjoy a 3-course dinner with pasta (primo), secondo, and dessert

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to prepare each featured dish on the menu

• Take home the menu and recipes from the class

Menu:

• Cacio e Pepe – Pasta bucatini with Pecorino Romano and black pepper

• Coda alla Vaccinara – Traditional Roman Oxtail Stew

• Crostata di Ricotta e Visciole – Roman Cherry Tart

Please Note:

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

• Seating is first-come, first-served

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
