Reflect & Create: A Multidimensional Health Workshop with Alicia & Casey

Join Alicia Harper of Groundwork Prime and Casey Pavlovsky of Honey Creative Hive for an evening of guided reflection and multidimensional health mapping, followed by a creative session where we’ll make intention frames based on our insights.

In this workshop, you’ll gain a clearer picture of your current rhythms and where you may want to shift. This is a space to explore what’s supporting you and what might be asking for more attention.

We’ll then bring those insights into a hands-on creative process, designing an intention frame with guidance from Honey Creative Hive - a tangible reminder of what you’re calling in.

Participants can choose from pressed botanicals, textured papers, and vintage books and maps to create a meaningful collage in a 5x7" floating glass frame.

Reflect. Create. Leave with clarity.

No experience needed. All materials provided. Feel free to bring or print any favorite quotes to include in your piece.
