This comfort-food classic is originally from Bologna in Italy. Lasagna alla Bolognese is a baked pasta made from layers of egg-based pasta dough, a rich ragù alla Bolognese meat sauce, and a creamy béchamel sauce. Don’t forget plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano on top! In this class, you’ll assemble a lasagna with prepared ingredients.
This class also highlighting authentic Italian products as partnerships with the Italian Trade Agency showcasing a selection of products, wine and hospitality. The worldwide joint initiative between ITA and Eataly will operate under the umbrella of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
