<h2>Free Up Your Creative Flow</h2>Join us for an extraordinary experience featuring a panel of professional creative guides and healers. We’ll kick things off with a community round-robin to break through blocks, followed by an inspiring panel discussion.Lastly, we get to have a Make and Take to honor what we’ve freed up within ourselves! We will be guided, using supplied acrylics &amp; watercolor paper for a 1.5 hour make and take experience.Introduction by craft experience facilitator. A brief round robin session for everyone to share. panel discussion from the co-facilitators. *Movement therapy with Jamie Keenan,“Sacred Pathways Rising teacher, will help guide people through a somatic healing experience using chakra-based movement, and will discuss briefly how she can personalize herbal support, and Human Design insights—helping you reconnect with your body, understand your energy, so you can move through life with more alignment and ease.  *Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist, Kat Mitchell, Path to Discovery Coaching https://path2discovery.com, will give the group a sample experience of group hypnotherapy as well as a bit of reiki, to help shift your blocks surrounding creativity to a creative freedom mindset. (Kat Mitchell combines hypnotherapy and Reiki energy work to help women break through Creative blocks and reclaim the freedom to express authentically). *A certified crystal healer and a wellness craft experience facilitator, Marissa Lu Cruz Hernandez, will briefly discuss your spiritual tool kit to assist with creative alignment.Including a review of our sacral chakra that will unblock your resistance to creativity.  *Sara Morgan, Certified Intentional Creativity Teacher, will guide you through some simple steps using your imagination and discuss what Intentional Creativity is all about. .Lastly, we get to have a Make and Take to honor what we’ve freed up within ourselves!Sara will guide us, using supplied acrylics &amp; watercolor paper for a 1.5 hour make and take experience. The IC process can help access your inner wisdom &amp; release blocks to creative flow!Wrap up, benediction and photos of our creations. Enjoy!
