Tonight we're turning the dancefloor at THE SHIP into your late 00s dormitory with your American Apparel sweatbands and boyfriend jeans to boot. we burned CD-Rs and scribbled most of the playlist onto the face of the disc in sharpie. It's nu-disco (probably french), some bedroom pop w/ midi samples from garageband, there's a track from TV on the Radio, and there's some ear-drum defiling synthesized 909s that we couldn't find an ID for. on Saturday May 30, dj's TITO FUEGO and DANSCLVB relive the nostalgia at HOUSE OF JEALOUS LOVERS for a night of strobes, fog, sweat and the hype machine's greatest dance 2000s-2010s hits, live from THE SHIP.
