The first worksop creates a safe and supportive space for mothers to identify the invisible responsibilities they are carrying, uncover communication breakdowns, and gain clarity on what meaningful support truly looks like.
Part 2 - Building the Parenting Team
THURSDAY, JUNE 25th - 6:00 to 7:30PM
Brings both parents and partners into the conversation. This workshop helps couples better understand each other’s stress points, learn how to ask for and offer help before overwhelm, and build simple systems that reduce chaos at home.
