This series brings us a moment of pause, rest, healing, and clarity.In this series you will be led by Sophia Haddix, who is a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator, through a guided meditation that will allow your body to relax into a deep state of rest and restoration.Each session offers an opportunity to get back into your body, reconnect with your senses, and release any tensions that were never your to hold on to.
