Come hang out and hear wild and inspiring tales from folks who lived the Peace Corps Africa adventure!
Peace Corps Africa Stories is a monthly gathering at Kezira Café that brings together returned Peace Corps Volunteers, friends, families, and community members connected to Africa for an evening of food, storytelling, reflection, and community.
Held every 30th of the month from 4:00–9:00 PM, the gathering creates a welcoming space to reconnect with the continent, revisit meaningful experiences, share stories from service and life in Africa, and explore how those experiences continue to shape our communities and our future.
Over African food and conversation, guests are invited to share the people, places, lessons, friendships, challenges, and moments that have stayed with them long after their time abroad.
Different places. Shared experiences. Continued impact.
Come for the food. Stay for the stories. Leave with new connections and a renewed sense of what we can build together.
