And welcome, if this is your first time.Rooted &amp; Rising is a free, monthly community wellness series from Wellness For The People (WFTP),  a 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating culturally grounded, intergenerational wellness experiences for BIPOC and multicultural communities in New York City and Los Angeles.This month's theme is Radical Acceptance, an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are, with breath, sound, movement, and community as your guides. WHAT TO EXPECTA 2-hour experience designed to be accessible, welcoming, and deeply nourishing, no experience required, no pretentious vibes, just real tools and real community.For Volume 3, we are honored to welcome someone whose work goes far beyond the mat.<a href="https://www.instagram.com/mslindalopes/" title="https://www.instagram.com/mslindalopes/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Linda Lopes </a>(she/her) is a Brooklyn-based multidimensional healer, facilitator, and guide, and she is exactly the kind of presence Rooted &amp; Rising was built to hold space for.Linda brings Sacred Drumming, Yoga, and Ra Illuminare Multidimensional Healing into every room she enters. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and shaped by over a decade of spiritual devotion, her work bridges grounding practices, embodiment, and awakening, an invitation to return to your most authentic expression of self.And alongside Linda Lopes, Natalie Valle, Paula Duran, and Marlon Fuentes, we will be putting together a program to take you through vibes, sounds, breath, movement, and more.And as always, snacks, surprises, and a community circle to bring it all home. 🍄This is not your average wellness event.
