Do I need to be a UCSB student to attend?

No! This event is open to all attendees, whether you're a UCSB student or not!

Question 2

Can I bring my own set up to play with friends or other attendees?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We 100% encourage you to bring your own board games and/or setups! We will have various open tables available throughout the venue where you're able to set up and play with others.

Question 3

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

We recommend Lot 9, Lot 22, Lot 23, or Lot 27. Note that these lots require a paid permit, which you can pay for at the kiosk. An all-day parking pass is $4.

Question 4

What kind of games/tournaments are available day-of?

Accepted Answer

We're collaborating with Smash Club, Fighting Game Club, Chess Club, and Magic: the Gathering Club to host some fun games and/or tournaments throughout the day. Follow Gaucho Gaming on Instagram and Discord to stay up to date for any sign-ups! Note that some sign-ups have deadlines!

Question 5

Do I need to register somewhere else for the talent panels?

Accepted Answer

To attend any of our FOUR panels, you MUST have registered on Eventbrite AND check in at Corwin Pavilion. Event staff will be verifying check-ins, so don’t forget! Additionally, seating is first come, first served, so arrive early to secure your spot!
