I invite you to join me for a deeply nourishing Full Moon Sound Bath and Meditation, under the luminous energy of the Sagittarius Full Moon—a time of expansion, truth, and soulful awakening.Held at Regents Center; 3185 NE Regents Dr, Portland, OR 97212The Full Moon illuminates what is ready to be seen, felt, and released. With Sagittarius guiding us, we are called to expand beyond old stories, reconnect with our inner truth, and open to new paths that align with our soul’s purpose. We will begin with a guided meditation to ground your energy and gently open your inner landscape, inviting clarity, insight, and release. From there, you’ll be guided into a healing sound bath, where vibration and frequency support deep rest, energetic clearing, and renewal. This is a sacred space to let go, dream bigger, and align with your highest self. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held, softened, and expanded. ❤️ What to bring:• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on• Blanket and pillow for coziness• Water• Option Journal
