Take your pasta skills to the next level with a focused, hands-on ravioli-making experience inside La Cucina Segreta at Olio&Olive.

This intimate morning session (limited to just 6 guests) is designed for those who want to go beyond basic pasta and learn the art of filled pasta—where precision, technique, and ingredients truly matter.


What Makes This Experience Different

This is not a typical cooking class.

You’ll learn how Italians approach filled pasta from the ground up—starting with ingredients, technique, and understanding the “why” behind every step.

Led personally by Italian importer and Olio&Olive founder Marco, this session is more technical, more focused, and more rewarding than a standard pasta class.


What You’ll Learn

  • How to prepare and roll pasta dough for filled pasta
  • How to create balanced, traditional ravioli fillings
  • How to properly fill, seal, and shape ravioli by hand
  • Common mistakes to avoid when working with filled pasta

You’ll then make your own ravioli from scratch to take home and enjoy.

Important Notes

  • This is a small, highly personalized experience—seating is very limited
  • Tickets are per person
  • Class is designed for guests 21+
  • Ravioli contains eggs, gluten, and dairy


Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made at least 4 days before the class date will receive a credit that can be used for any future La Cucina Segreta class. No refunds are offered.

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.

In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule a class, you will receive the option of a full credit or refund.
