We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow designed to ground and restore. Each month will highlight what’s being harvested at the farm , offering a chance to reconnect with where our food comes from and take home a seasonal item from the farm.
After class, enjoy time to wander the farm, sip seasonal tea, and connect in community, plus receive 10% off your farm store purchase.
