Yes. Caregivers remain present throughout the entire experience. Cozy Stories & Calm Nights is a shared, connection-centered experience for children and their trusted adult.

What should my child wear or bring?

Accepted Answer

Children are encouraged to wear pajamas or comfortable clothing. You may also bring a favorite blanket, stuffed animal, or comfort item to help your child feel settled.

What does the session include?

Each session includes calming storytelling, gentle breathing or mindfulness moments, and a cozy environment designed to support emotional regulation and a peaceful transition into the evening. A small snack and juice box is available if desired.

What if my child needs a break or becomes restless?

That’s completely okay. Caregivers are encouraged to support their child as needed. Quiet exits or movement are always welcome.
