-Discover the meditative craft of stone carving by bringing a form to life in this hands-on workshop, where kids will transform a soapstone animal blank into a smooth, polished sculpture!

-Soapstone is the ideal medium for beginners and kids; it is soft enough to shape with hand tools, yet durable enough to hold beautiful, flowing detail as you refine the silhouette with professional rasps and files.

-This entire journey is a fun, meditative process that allows you to quiet the mind and focus on the physical connection between your hands and the stone, leaving you with a one-of-a-kind animal carving to take home.

Our classroom is located upstairs and are limited to 10 students for this class.
