Camembert cheese is the best and you can make it at home!

You will learn how to make Camembert - a moist, soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow's milk cheese. It is similar to Brie, but tends to be a little less creamy and a bit more earthy in flavor. A wonderful cheese! You will go home with about a 1/2 pound wheel to age that you made yourself!
